Tribute to the D-E-A-F

Dunno why I randomly came up with this, but I just went with the inspiration.

Quick tribute to those who, despite the lack of hearing ability, have music inside them that deserves to be expressed and projected. And to those who still appreciate music and the arts by perceiving it in ways other than through sound.
